VIDEO SURVEILLANCE INFORMATION

(hereinafter “Centergross”), C.F. 00542790373 and VAT No. 00514171206, with registered office in Funo di Argelato – 40050 (BO), Rotonda Segnatello n. 4, is required to provide precise information on the processing of personal data and on the rights due to the interested parties, as envisaged by art. 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679. We therefore invite you to read the following information carefully.

Given that

– audio recordings are not allowed, nor is exposure to the public of the images; which will in no way be spread outside;

– access to the recorded images is allowed as a result of unlawful acts and / or for the protection of the company assets and must necessarily be traced also by means of specific functionalities that allow the preservation of the “access logs” for a suitable period of not less than 6 months;

– in the video surveillance activities it is necessary to respect the prohibition of remote control of the work activities of the employees, as well as all the additional guarantees provided by the art. art. 4 L. n. 300/1970 and ss. mm. to protect workers;

– it is illegal to install video surveillance systems in places reserved exclusively for workers or those not intended for work (eg bathrooms, changing rooms, showers, lockers and recreational areas), therefore existing equipment will not take up places reserved exclusively for employees ;

– inside all the areas subject to video surveillance there is the mandatory information bill as required by law;

Centergross is the Data Controller, therefore it is the subject who decides the purposes and methods of processing personal data and the tools to be used for their management.

 

  1. Purpose of processing and related legal basis:

– The personal data acquired by video surveillance are collected and used within the limits established by law and by the regulations concerning the processing of personal data are processed by the Owner for purposes related to job security, protection of assets and corporate structure. This treatment is based on the legitimate interest of the employer and does not require consent.

– The processing of personal data will take place in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedoms and the dignity of persons with particular reference to confidentiality, identity and protection of personal data.

Data processing concerns images acquired solely for the aforementioned purposes.

The data processing is performed through computer procedures and any display of the images acquired can only be made by the Data Controller and / or by the Data Processor appointed for the treatment in question. The data will be kept for a maximum period of 48 hours, except for the closing days or requests of the competent authorities, with subsequent automatic cancellation. Access to the recorded images may take place either remotely or on-site, it will necessarily be traced by means of specific functionalities that allow to record the “access logs” for a suitable period, in any case not less than 6 months.

We inform you that the law assigns specific rights to data subjects, which may be exercised at any time, including:

– know the existence or not of personal data concerning the interested parties and how they are used (right of access);

– when necessary, updating, rectification or integration of data;

– to request the cancellation of their personal data (“right to oblivion”);

– for heritage protection needs, Centergross has installed video surveillance equipment for the purpose of reading license plates for vehicles entering the commercial pole;

– the association of the aforementioned number plates with other personal data that may concretely give rise to a material prejudice to the data subjects is not permitted;

– access to the recorded images is allowed only as a result of unlawful acts and must necessarily be traced also by means of specific functionalities that allow the conservation of the “access logs” for a suitable period of not less than 6 months;

The data processing concerns the images acquired only for the reading of the license plates of the vehicles that access the commercial pole.
